Customer Service

Whether you're a loyal Designs Of The Interior customer or a first-time guest, you deserve the kind of selection and personal service our Design Stores are known for. Here, you'll find answers to the questions we hear most often, including how to contact us for help, how to return or exchange an item, and more about shipping.

If you've enjoyed our online store, come visit one of our local Design Stores. Consult with professional designers, and choose from a wide variety of custom furniture, window treatments, and accessories we can't offer online. DOTI, Because every life is uniquely designed.



Shipping & Delivery

All orders from DOTI.com are shipped by ground service free of charge. Orders may ship by UPS, DHL or FedEx. If you prefer expedited shipping, please call our customer service representative at 888.800.6923 for assistance.



Delivery Time

You should receive your purchase within three to four weeks after you place your order, sometimes sooner.



Tracking Numbers/Order Status

You may track the progress of your order by calling our customer service representative at 888.800.6923.



Billing/Shipping Addresses

If you would like your order shipped to an address that is different than your billing address, please check the shipping address carefully before finalizing your order. Once your order is placed, we cannot change the shipping address.



Sales Tax

DOTI collects sales tax on orders billed to states where we have DOTI Design Stores. DOTI currently has stores in Texas, Georgia, Illinois, Colorado, California, Wisconsin, South Carolina, Florida, Arizona - and will have stores in many other states in the future.


Returns

To arrange a return, contact our customer service representative at 888.800.6923. Because our Design Stores carry different items than our website, we cannot accept returns of items purchased on DOTI.com at our stores.



Dissatisfied for any reason?

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the merchandise purchase price. To ensure accurate tracking and credit, we ask that you send returns to us by the same shipping method that you originally received it. Please pack the item in its original packing materials. We cannot reimburse you for the cost of shipping returns.



Damaged Order

If your item arrives obviously damaged, you should refuse the order and contact us immediately at 888.800.6923. If the damage is only apparent after you open the package, contact us immediately and we'll arrange to have the item replaced at the shipper's expense.
